Well (just in case you missed it) we are Heart Talent and we are a recruitment and careers business. You may be wondering what we mean by that. A recruitment and careers busin…a reccar business! (slow and awkward applause for the terrible portmanteau).

In 2017 Heart Talent was founded in response to the frustrations expressed by candidates and employers. The market made it loud and clear – these frustrations were often caused by too many agencies focusing on competing with each other, and a real lack of communication and poor engagement from recruiters, who are integral to a companies recruitment process and a candidates opportunity for a new and exciting job. This makes recruiters highly influential in the outcome of a successful hire.
We believe it’s no longer enough to provide a great service. That’s because providing a great service is just one way we can help people and businesses. We wanted to create something more, something better, and do the things that the recruitment industry has often shied away from.
